PROGRAM MISSION:
The mission of the PEG program is to ensure that a full
range of educational services, life skills programs, and workforce readiness opportunities
are available for past offenders to encourage them to be contributing members of the
community.
PROGRAM SCOPE:
PEG is a crime prevention program which focuses on education
as a primary means of rehabilitation. Through education, past offenders increase their
options and learn to make better choices for themselves and their families. Additional
support in the form of counseling, job referral and assistance with plans for technical
